How do I become an in-network provider?

BMI is a Third Party Administrator and our groups utilize many PPO networks. Do you have a particular patient that has BMI for their insurance provider? If you can provide a location or the member's information we can let you know which PPO network to contact about joining.

Please refer to the back of your Identification card.

What are BMI's regular business hours?

8am to 5pm Central Standard Time.
